Course objectives
During this course, participants will have the chance to work in a mini-project managed with SCRUM. In one sprint, they will have to prepare a product which fulfils the Product Owner’s needs. During the course participants will take part in:

• Sprint planning
• Daily Scrums
• SCRUM review
• SCRUM retrospective

Target audience
The course has been created for IT professionals who are interested in implementing SCRUM methodology in software development. It is suitable both for engineers, project leaders and managers.

Prerequisites
Participants have to be familiar with SCRUM methodology. We recommend that participants have previously attended our “Agile Software Development with SCRUM” (EPOL-10:001) course.
