TEDxKrakówCinema – January 2014
The start of a new year for many of us means a time to reflect on the past year and make resolutions about how we’re going to live our lives differently over the next 12 months. So for January’s TEDxKrakowCinema, we’ve seenchosen a few TEDTalks by people who really did get inspired to get up to soemthing.
Elizabeth Gilbert, who was the first lecturer, shared with us with her experience with supporting creativity. In her opinion, people are not ingenious at all. They seem to have it deep inside.
The second talk performed by Shea Hembrey showed us a sheer burst of creativity. Hembrey came up with 100 artists and their mesterpieces, so different from each other.
The third and the last one movie was about David Blaine, whose aim was to hold his breath for as long as it is possible. Thanks to his hard work he was able to hold his breath for 17 minutes. It is a world record in this category. His achievement proves, that a man could achieve everything, if he is really determined to do that.
