Ericpol Quality Policy
The main purpose of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Ericpol is to establish basic practices that ensure high quality of services and contribute to the development of software, yielding equally excellent products and processes. Each project or service has its own quality assurance programme. All software development has to demonstrate constant attention to process and quality improvement through cause and effect analysis (corrective actions), statistical process control techniques applied to software and opportunities for improvement analysis.
Ericpol’s focus on quality means successful projects executed on time and with reasonably low defect rates.
The QMS expedites the company’s synergic way of working and is continuously revised through regular internal audits, process assessment and customer feedback.
Certificates
Ericpol Telecom holds the Quality Management System Certificate meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the Environmental Management System Certificate meeting the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
Both certificates were issued by DNV Certification under the Accreditation of the Dutch Council for Accreditation (RvA).

Our main objective is to consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our Customers at a satisfactory overall cost.
