We are going to increase employment once again. Last year there were 540 people at Ericpol, today there are 700. Next year we are planning to welcome 300 new employees.
We increase employment every year. Mostly, we search for software developers, but as the Company keeps growing, specialists in management, marketing and sales are also needed.
Our recruitment plans for the coming years are equally ambitious: we intend to employ 300 software developers next year. That is why we try to be present wherever we can meet our potential workers. We take part in various job fairs, both virtual and traditional, with the belief that a direct conversation is the best opportunity to introduce the unique character of our Company and present the possibilities for professional development at Ericpol Telecom.
