Science

The dynamic progress of information and telecommunications technologies requires constant introduction of innovations, broaden of knowledge, research and exchange of experiences. It inspired us to creatre Ericpol Science Ecosystem – a platform of thight cooperation with academic and science centres combining scientific theories with process of design and software development.

Ericpol regularly cooperates with the Technical University of Łódź, the Jagiellonian University, the University of Łódź and the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków. The company actively participates in the didactic process of the students of telecommunications, applied mathematics and computer science through lectures and seminars conducted by Ericpol’s specialists.  Additionally, Ericpol is a member of the Radiocommunications and Multimedia Techniques Development Supporting Fund working at Technical University of Warsaw.

The President of Ericpol is a member of the Council of Patrons at the Tischner European University in Kraków. The members of The Council are businessmen, politicians and scientists, who fund scholarships, grants and help creating a new quality of Polish education.

 

Banach Prize

Ericpol constantly expands the scope of cooperation in terms of both telecommunications and information technology, and mathematical sciences, which is confirmed by the establishment of the International Stefan Banach Prize. It is a joint initiative of Ericpol and the Polish Mathematical Society. The prize reflects the company’s recognition for the unique role played by mathematics in the contemporary world. The prize’s objective is to both promote and financially support the most promising young scientists in mathematical sciences who hold a PhD diploma in this field.
