Ericpol's rise in the ranking of the most attractive employers

Ericpol climbed 8 places in the Universum Student Survey 2015 ranking in comparison to the previous year. Ericpol ranked 23rd among IT companies, ahead of Motorola, Sabre, Sygnity, Sii, Tieto, ABB, Infosys, and Transition Technologies.
badges2015_polandThe Universum Student Survey is the biggest study on the recognisability of employers in Poland. This year it has been conducted among more than 23 thousand students of 70 Polish universities. 50 companies which were most frequently cited by respondents as “an ideal employer” were included in the ranking.

– This rise in the ranking confirms that Ericpol has the right strategy, one of the pillars of the company is to build a sense of safety for workers. We are trying to realize the strategy by providing comfortable working conditions in a stable company, a transparent remuneration policy and opportunities for both professional and personal development – commented Paweł Szczerkowski, Executive Vice-President and the CEO of Ericpol.  

It is not the first time that Ericpol has appeared in employer rankings. In the Universum TOP30 study in 2013 Ericpol was 27th, in the following year it dropped to 31st. In 2012 the company was also a laureate in the “Most Desired Employers” ranking.

Ericpol is an engineering company that has been operating on international ICT market since 1991. The company provides outsourcing, consulting and integration services as well as dedicated solutions in telecommunications, M2M (machine to machine), IoT (Internet of Things), healthcare, finances&banking and business solutions area. Ericpol consists of 4 offices in Poland and 3 production centres in Ukraine, Belarus and Sweden, employing 2200 people.
