Ericpol to Hire 200 IT Engineers
12 April 2013
Wider offer and increased competences, in addition to growing demand for the company’s services, all add up to drive Ericpol’s new recruitment process. The offices in Lodz and Krakow open up for those who already are experienced engineers, as well as graduates or final year students of technical universities.
The growing demand for new employees at Ericpol results from the increase in the number of standing orders from regular customers in the telecommunication sector, M2M communication, ERP and medical applications, along with new orders from banking and public administration sectors.
‘We are the biggest exporting company in the ICT area and the 17th fastest-growing in Europe. To keep the growth rate and meet the expectations, we need to increase staff by at least 80 by June this year’, says Paweł Szczerkowski, CEO of Ericpol.
The pace of the company’s growth, along with other reasons, justifies Ericpol’s plans to erect a new office with underground parking spaces. The modern building in Lodz, located on the corner of Sienkiewicza and Tymienieckiego streets, will house 800 employees.
Ericpol is looking for people of various level of experience and specializations, such as programmers, testers, technical writers, to name just a few of the vacancies. Regardless of the post, fluent English is a must as work is done in international teams using technical documentation written in that language.
‘We offer the opportunity to participate in interesting projects that allow workers to gain experience abroad. Ericpol pays close attention to workplace atmosphere and employee well-being. Private medical care, sport activities, relaxation massages, theater and cinema tickets, integration events, co-financed lunches during office hours and insurance top the list of benefits that are available for each employee. After hours, there is a possibility to attend free language classes, including English, Russian, Spanish or Swedish. New hires can also take advantage of a wide selection of introductory training courses’, lists Katarzyna Kmak-Tendera, HR and Internal Communication Unit Director.
