Ericpol on Business Wings

Ericpol Telecom, Poland’s largest ICT exporter, was recognized as the best and the most innovative company among small and medium enterprises of the Lodz province, according to ‘Business Wings’ report. The report was prepared by Polish ‘Gazeta Prawna’ newspaper’s experts supported by Dun&Bradstreet, a provider of international business credit information, under the Department of Economy patronage.

A classification worked out by the ‘Gazeta Prawna’ experts included companies from entire Poland. Chosen enterprises were characteristic of the least bankruptcy risk and the biggest sales increase. As a result a list of the best 15 companies was created. This year Ericpol Telecom was recognized as the best medium enterprise of the Lodz voivodeship, with the biggest financial result for 2009. An official celebration and the results announcement was held on 18th November, 2010, Warsaw. Waldemar Pawlak, Minister of the Economy was a guest of honor.

‘Business Wings’ report was divided into 3 business categories: micro, small and medium. It was agreed that micro enterprises are these of least than €2 million turnover. Small ones are these of least than €10 million turnover whereas medium companies were definied as these of which turnover do not exceed €50 million.
