Ericpol employs 200 people
10 March 2010
Ericpol Telecom is going to employ 200 people in the first half of this year. The company, which delivers services for outsourcing, staff augmentation and turn-key solutions in the telecommunications industry, is looking for software designers and test engineers.
Most of the new employees will join the teams in Krakow and Lodz. About 80 new people will find a job in Ericpol subsidiary companies in Belarus and Ukraine.
The need for such workforce expansion arises as a result of the dynamic growth of the company portfolio and volume of orders.
‘Ericpol is a well-known brand on the international market. We have to respond to a constant increase of orders. As a result, we have to raise the number of employees’, says Marek Gajowniczek, CEO of Ericpol Telecom. ‘We are proud of the fact that despite the economic crisis we are still looking for new workers. Last year we employed 100 people’, he adds.
Ericpol’s offer is addressed not only to experienced professionals, but also to recent graduates. ‘We are looking for those who have an open mind, programming skills and interest in telecommunications. Knowledge of English, team working and collaboration are also of great value’, says Katarzyna Kmak-Tendera, responsible for the recruitment process at Ericpol.
Ericpol, Poland’s largest IT exporter, develops high-quality software for leading international companies. Its main focus is on telecommunications, telematics and other branches based on technology and innovative solutions.
