Ericpol delivering ‘on cloud’ solutions

Ericpol Telecom has become the Microsoft’s Silver Partner, carrying out the strategy of expanding services portfolio and offering comprehensive customer service. The most recent area of Ericpol’s activity is Microsoft Cloud Essentials, a premiere project allowing Ericpol to extend its offer with “on cloud” solutions.
The main idea of ‘cloud computing’ lets using Microsoft applications without buying licenced sotware. Instead, users need to pay a subscription to Microsoft Office 365. Thanks to this solution they gain access to applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and work tools , ie, internal email, instant messaging or workspace (the circulation of documents, intranet, extranet) without unnecessary expenses.
‘We believe that this solution model gives more opportunities and is much more profitable for customers’, says Aneta Ościak responsible for the development of the partnership and selling solutions based on Microsoft technology. ‘Flexible and secure access to the software and information from any place and device without financial risk will create the customers competitive edges. Soon the majority of IT technologies will be accessible via ‘on cloud’ model’, she adds.
Apart form Microsoft Office 365 platform, Ericpol is planning to offer its own ‘on cloud’ solutions. Ericpol’s engineers currently are transferring their own applications written on Sharepoint 2010 platform to the ‘cloud’.
