Ericpol becomes a content partner of the “Agile in Business” conference

Ericpol is a content partner of the 3rd Computerworld’s “Agile in Business” conference that will take place on 19-20 of September 2013 at the Courtyard by Mariott hotel in Warsaw. The meeting will bring together IT managers, project managers, agile practitioners and managers of business departments responsible for corporate strategy.
During the two-day conference, Radosław Lont and Łukasz Olczyk from Ericpol will deliver a lecture titled “Agile as the implementation of projects motivated by customers’ needs.” They will discuss the change in the relationships between suppliers and recipients, the growing popularity of agile organization practices, various approaches to agile methodology within a company and how to use those differences creatively.
Ericpol’s engineers have been managing projects using agile and lean methodologies for over six years. As one of the few able to do so, they can adapt Agile for work in geographically dispersed project teams consisting of up to 300 people. Currently, “agile” methodologies are used by the whole company. Using the experience gained, Ericpol prepared training and advisory programmes concerning agile management methodologies, including:
