Recruiting Process

We address our offer to everyone with an open mind, who knows programming well and is interested in telecommunications. We are open to both people who just finished their studies and experienced specialists.

The recruitment process has three stages

  • CV analysis

Feel free to send your CV to us via our e-mail If you meet our requirements we will invite you for the first interview.

  • First interview

At this stage the candidate will be given some technical tests. We pay a lot of attention to the command of English, as far as we work internationally it is a key factor for high quality of cooperation. Therefore, your level of English will be estimated during the interview.

  • Second interview

The next and the last stage before employment in Ericpol is the second interview, which is held exclusively in English and aims to verify whether you can comprehend new information quickly and efficiently.
