Recruiting Process

Ericpol values the ability to think analytically, reliability and creative mind. We attach great value to the ability to work in a team.

We address our offer to everyone with an open mind, knows programming well and is interested in telecommunications. We are open to both people who just finished their studies and experienced specialists.

The recruitment process has three stages:

  • CV analysis

The candidates whose CV and cover letter convince us that a given person meets our expectations will be invited for a recruitment meeting in the form of tests.

  • Tests

Technical tests, as well as tests in analytical thinking and command of English are held in Łódź or in Kraków. For posts other than those in the IT area we organise tests in analytical thinking, command of English and the subject-matter knowledge of the given field. Those who pass the tests will be invited for interviews during which the final shape of further cooperation will be settled.

  • Interview

The last stage of the recruitment process is the interview during which we verify the candidate’s skills and experience.

People to whose application we will not respond immediately may be sure that their details will be kept in our internal database of candidates which will e used during the next recruitment cycles.
