For students

  • Training periods and internships

Do you want to gain experience at one of the largest exporters of ICT services in Poland? Do you want to test your skills in the international environment? Come for an internship with us.

  • Ericpol at universities

Participation in job fairs, presentations, trade meetings, conferences and finally classes for students. We are present at the universities in Łódź and Kraków not only as employer but also as expert that wishes to share their experience. So far we have invited students to lectures on the IMS technology and its employment in telecommunications at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, and we co-delivered workshops on the management of IT projects at the Technical University of Łódź and the Jagiellonian University.

  • Young people in Łódź

As the largest ICT company in Łódź, we feel responsible for the creation of conditions in the city that would support creativity and aspirations of those most talented.

We want the young Łódź inhabitants to perceive their city as a place with prospects where they can realise their dreams of international career. As a Company, we offer them such opportunities. The joining of this action was, therefore, the natural consequence of our philosophy of operation.

‘The essence of the initiative envisages that the student could properly use the opportunity, focus on the development of their skills and not be afraid to face the challenges awaiting them in the future’.

Marek Gajowniczek, Cross-Functional Programmes Director of Ericpol

As part of this project we are the founders of scholarships for the most talented students from Łódź.

Ericpol founded an international prize in the field of mathematical sciences. The prize is awarded in collaboration with the Polish Mathematical Society for the best doctoral dissertation in the mathematical sciences. The prize is to provide financial support for the extremely talented young scholars, promote and popularise mathematics, and promote the output of the Polish mathematical thought and the figure of Stefan Banach in the world.

‘We hope that the prize will help remarkable people in the execution of their aspirations and, on this occasion, we will constantly remind people of the great Polish scientist whose work and life embody the power and beauty of the human mind in a fascinating way’.

Jan Smela, President of  Ericpol

The prize amounts to PLN 25,000. The first edition included works from Poland, Belarus, Lithuania and Ukraine. The scope of the next editions gradually covered the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and the European Union.
